I am from Nova Scotia, on the east coast of Canada.   I have a background in Early Childhood Education and worked in daycares before I married my husband of 30 years. I was a stay at home mom for 25 years with my 5, now grown children. Story time with the kids was my favourite time of day and my love of children's books and our book collection continued to grow through the years.  But eventually I had no little ones left to read to, and  I was inspired to write my own books; stories that are positive , fun and entertaining to both children and parents.
